A label maker is one of the simplest tools for keeping a family home organized: pantry bins, toy boxes, school supplies and cords all get a name. The main choice is between label makers with a built-in keyboard, which anyone in the house can grab and use, and small Bluetooth printers you control from a phone app. The six below cover both.

Every specification on this page comes from the manufacturer’s own product page, checked on 26 October 2026. We have not used these products ourselves, so the picks are based on published specifications only.

For ways to use labels around the house, see building a family organization system, labeling and organizing for safety and school and daycare organization.
